Aircraft schedule and availability
Keep flights in a shared calendar and let authorized users follow the aircraft's schedule.
See upcoming commitments and operational availability, clearly and up to date.

The HELITIME System is the management software for helicopters and executive airplanes.
Bring scheduling, documents, flights, costs, maintenance, capital contributions and cost sharing together in one app, built to make your team's work easier and to give owners full transparency.

You have to track documents and expiration dates, record expenses, check receipts, split amounts, follow maintenance and explain every number to the owners.
Without the right tool:
The result is rework for the team and little clarity for the person who owns the aircraft.
A well-managed aircraft is an asset under control.

The HELITIME System organizes the aircraft's entire operational and financial routine in a single place.
Each authorized person sees the information they need to do their job, while owners follow the key figures in the app, right from their phone.
01
Keep flights in a shared calendar and let authorized users follow the aircraft's schedule.

02
Register the aircraft's key documents and keep track of their deadlines.
The system helps your team stay ahead of expiration dates so an important document is never overlooked.

03
The system splits expenses automatically, following the rules set for your operation.
This includes:
In shared operations, amounts can be assigned to a single partner, split evenly, or allocated in proportion to actual use, depending on the type of expense.

04
See what it actually costs to operate the aircraft, across every part of the operation.
The system helps you separate:
Owners no longer have to make decisions based on estimates or partial information.

05
Follow the aircraft's current status and see how much is left before the next maintenance stop.
View:
More predictability to schedule flights and plan for upcoming maintenance costs.

06
Record the revenue and costs tied to the charter flights the aircraft performs.
Owners can then see whether each operation made or lost money, and assess charter results with more accurate information.

From the dashboard, owners and managers can see at a glance:

More clarity about today.More predictability for what comes next.
The HELITIME System produces a complete monthly report that brings together the aircraft's operational and financial information.
In shared operations, the report can be broken out by partner and show:
The report can also be sent to your accountants, making it easier to organize the records and review the tax treatment that applies to the company's activity.
Step 01
Send the form to your pilot so they can fill in the aircraft's details.
Step 02
We contact the pilot to walk them through the system. We then ask for the financial administrator's contact so we can introduce the administrative and financial tools.
Step 03
Check operational and financial figures right from your phone. Your administrator will send you the app access link.
Step 04
The system consolidates the information, calculates cost sharing and produces the monthly report. If the aircraft is shared, the system delivers a separate operational and financial monthly report for each owner.
Our team is available and provides all the support your financial administrator and your pilot may need.
After three full months, you and your team decide whether it makes sense to keep using the system. No obligation.

The month-end close used to mean spreadsheets, receipts and a lot of corrections. Now the expenses come out organized and split according to each partner's rule.

I'm no longer the one explaining fees, charges and how costs get split. I can focus on flying and leave the finances to the people who actually handle them.

I can open the app and see how much we flew, how much we spent and what each partner owes. It brought a lot more transparency to the operation.
Choose the plan that matches how your aircraft is used.
R$ 350,00 per month
For aircraft owned by a single individual or company.
R$ 550,00 per month
For aircraft used by two or more partners, with cost sharing and individual reports.
With either plan, you can use the system free for 3 months before deciding to subscribe.
The best way to get to know the HELITIME System is to use it in your real day-to-day operation.
For 3 months, your team can explore the app, organize the aircraft's information and judge the benefits for themselves, with no commitment to stay.
When the free period ends, you decide whether the system is right for your operation.
When the free period ends, you continue only if you want to.

No. The system is free to use for three full months. At the end of that period, you decide whether to continue, with no obligation to subscribe.
No. The 3-month trial requires no credit card and no payment details. You fill in the aircraft registration form and our team opens your access.
When the period ends, access stops unless you choose to subscribe. There is no automatic charge and no renewal without your confirmation. If you continue, the data already registered stays in the system and you can carry on using it normally.
The monthly fee is per aircraft, not per user. You can create as many accesses as the operation needs, including partners, pilots, administrative staff, the CTM and the maintenance shop, at no extra cost per person.
